The business is owned and operated by Otto Treichel. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Madison House Painters provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior painting (the "Services"). Services may be performed by independent subcontractors engaged by Ottobot Enterprises LLC. All work is performed under the Company's management and contractual responsibility.
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A written agreement or approved estimate outlining scope of work, pricing, and payment terms will govern each project. Acceptance of an estimate constitutes agreement to those terms.
Payment methods may include credit cards, checks, electronic transfers, or other approved methods. Pricing is based on the agreed scope of work at the time of contract.
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling services. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by Wisconsin law. Nonpayment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or customer-requested changes. Additional charges may apply for changes to the scope of work.
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include attempts to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ottobot Enterprises LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ottobot Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ottobot Enterprises LLC, its owners, agents, and subcontractors from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Our Service may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed for appointment updates and occasional service or promotional messages. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
